A former World Champion is set to return to action on WWE Raw.

After returning to WWE television as part of the Draft, it’s been announced Braun Strowman will wrestle on Raw for the first time since May 1st, 2023.

Since returning to the company after neck surgery, Strowman has been feuding with Judgment Day. On the most recent episode of the red brand, Strowman helped R-Truth and the Miz retain their Tag Team Titles after chasing down JD McDonagh who was then pinned by Truth.

Later in the show, Damian Priest told McDonagh to go and ask Adam Pearce for a match, and Strowman accepted the challenge on Raw Talk.

Since overcoming neck fusion surgery, Strowman has wrestled just once, defeating Shinsuke Nakamura in a dark match during a SmackDown taping.

Another WWE Star Makes Raw Return

The May 20th episode of Raw also featured a surprise appearance from Sonya Deville. On the show, Deville confronted Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark backstage after the pair had earned a shot at the Women’s Tag Team Titles.

Deville had a proposal for the new number-one contenders, but Baszler dismissed her rival before she could reveal her plans.

Sonya Deville hadn’t been seen on WWE television for ten months after suffering an ACL injury that required surgery.
