Could Patrick Mahomes return to WWE?

On May 21st Patrick Mahomes returned to Kansas City Chiefs HQ for the first time in three months, after celebrating yet another Super Bowl win back in February. While the sure-fire Hall of Famer is focused on the upcoming NFL season, wrestling fans might not have seen the last of him in WWE.

Back in April, Mahomes appeared in the crowd during Raw after arriving at the arena with Logan Paul. During the show, Mahomes gave Paul his Super Bowl rings, as the WWE star looked to hit Jey Uso, but he missed, laying out JD McDonagh instead.

While appearing on The Pat McAfee Show, Mahomes admitted he would have liked to have got in the ring.

“The WWE thing was awesome,” he said. “That thing was sweet. I wish, I should have got in the ring, man. I’ve gotta show off my skills a little bit.”

Triple H Wants To See Patrick Mahomes Back With WWE

In response to the comments from Mahomes, Triple H took to social media to extend an open invitation to the star, writing “Let me know when.”

As well as publicly courting NFL stars, Triple H also had an announcement with huge implications for King & Queen of the Ring. The Game officially announced that the winners of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments will receive World Title matches at SummerSlam. The winners will be challenging whoever is the World Champion on their particular brand.
