WWE Star Tells Tony Khan STFU

Tony Khan AEW

There ain’t no party like a Tony Khan/social media storm party ‘cos a Tony Khan/social media storm party don’t stop.

AEW boss Tony Khan warned people that he wasn’t going to sit back and take shots at his company and now he has come to defence of AEW once again because of what he sees as double standards.

HOOK has made clear he’s going after AEW World Champion Samoa Joe despite not being around the main event scene in the company but in the past Scorpio Sky, The Butcher, Brian Cage, Dante Martin, Jungle Boy, Daniel Garcia, and Ethan Page have all challenged for that gold with much worse win/loss records than the FTW Champion.

Meanwhile in WWE, following his bait-and-switch appearance when The Rock returned to WWE Raw, Jinder Mahal has found himself getting a shot at Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Championship. That is despite Jinder Mahal having only two main roster televised singles wins in the past two years.

Tony Khan Blasted By WWE NXT Star

Social media and the usual suspects seemed to be dismayed by HOOK’s ascension to a title shot while unbothered by Mahal’s surprise resurgence, causing Tony Khan to hit out at Jinder Mahal and WWE on social media.

Now WWE NXT star Edris Enofe has waded into the argument, telling Khan in no uncertain terms to “stfu” on social media regarding his post about Jinder Mahal’s legitimacy as a World Heavyweight Championship contender compared to HOOK.

Tony Khan has previously complained about what he sees as ‘WWE bots’ tearing down his company at every chance on social media.
