Absent WWE Star Shares Incredible Health Update
After not competing in a ring since September last year, a WWE Superstar has shared an update on their health along with a photo showcasing their impressive physique.
The former NXT Champion has not been seen since undergoing hip surgery but is looking ahead to a WWE return after undergoing stem cell treatment.
Tomasso Ciampa had been working with AJ Styles and Bobby Lashley before discovering he needed to take time off for hip surgery.
But now the Two-Time NXT Champion has taken to Instagram to show off his current physique and update fans on his recovery.
Little post workout check in. This is the heaviest I’ve been in 10 years. But much leaner than I was back then.
I just completed my third meso cycle using the RP Hypertrophy App. Stronger and bigger than ever before. Plus, well fed and incredible recovery. Dialed in.

Ciampa is one of several WWE Superstars currently sidelined by injury. The list includes Randy Orton, Dakota Kai, and former Smackdown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan.
Liv Morgan recently updated fans on her injury, confirming she is suffering with a torn shoulder.
Following his success in NXT, Ciampa made the move to the main roster in April 2022. Initially aligning himself with The Miz and was feuding with AJ Styles before suffering his injury. His last match was an unsuccessful attempt to beat Bobby Lashley for the United States Championship.
Ciampa is best known to WWE fans for his work with Johnny Gargano. The pair became NXT Tag Team Champions but also had a heated feud which led to a Chicago Street Fight at NXT: Take Over Chicago II.
With Gargano drafted to Raw, fans could see the former friends reunite especially since there are rumors of a Ciampa return linked to Gargano whenever it happens.
