WWE Star Returns To TV After 10 Months
Returns are very much the fashionable thing in WWE just now and one NXT star has gotten in on the act.
Randy Orton returned to action at Survivor Series, helping his team to a victory in WarGames following eighteen months on the sidelines for The Viper. However, that comeback was somewhat overshadowed as CM Punk made his shock return to WWE for the first time in ten years at the very end of that show.
CM Punk shared his thoughts on his return on WWE Raw, noting that he was now “home” – a remark that AEW’s Jon Moxley has warned people don’t want to know his thoughts on.
Nikkita Lyons Makes Return To WWE TV
Now NXT has got in on the return act as Nikkita Lyons has returned to the show for the first time in 10 months. Lyons was last in action on an episode of NXT Level Up that aired on the 20th of January 2023 before she suffered a serious injury.
Lyons was shown watching on from the NXT crowd ahead of the Iron Survivor Challenge qualifying match between Kiana James and Kelani Jordan. Roxanne Perez made her presence felt in the bout, ringing the bell to distract James long enough to allow Jordan to pick up the win.
