WWE Star Branded “Spy” After Being Kicked Out Of Locker Room
A WWE star earned the unfortunate distinction of being called a “spy” during the latest taping of NXT.
Kelani Jordan was kicked out of the locker room by her peers last week. While Jordynne Grace came to her defence, Kelani got into an argument with her.
Jordan, who is the current TNA Knockouts World Champion, addressed the issue later, stating she’d not share the locker room with a ‘bunch of haters.’
Jordan’s treatment by the locker room stems from her decision to represent Total Nonstop Action at NXT Showdown, which featured a Survivor Series-style tag team elimination match.
A week before Showdown, Kelani was revealed as the TNA team’s captain, much to the chagrin of the women of WWE NXT.
The match was ultimately won by NXT, with Sol Ruca and captain Jacy Jayne as the surviving members.
On the October 28 episode, Kelani defended her TNA Championship against Jordynne Grace.
WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, who serves as the color commentator on the show, labelled Jordan a ‘spy’ looking for information that would benefit TNA.
That’s business, man. That’s like having a spy in the locker room. You just can’t have it.
Kelani Jordan Turns Heel On WWE NXT
Kelani Jordan shockingly turned heel after attacking Jordynne Grace with the TNA belt.
Their match saw intense back-and-forth action; however, in the closing minutes, a distraction was caused by a brawl that had broken out between Trick Williams and NXT Champion Ricky Saints.
As the referee was focused on the melee, Jordan brought her belt into the ring and hit Grace square in the face with it, knocking her out.
She immediately pinned the 29-year-old for the win.
After the match, Kelani took to X to address her heel turn, posting, “By any means necessary.”
