WWE has a special offer on tickets at a venue recently run by AEW.

On the 19th of July, AEW made its debut in Boston’s TD Garden as the company presented Blood and Guts in front of around 9,000 fans. The double ring cage match was a bloody and brutal affair that saw The Elite triumph over the Blackpool Combat Club ending a feud that had raged for months in the company.

WWE has made a home in Boston at the TD Garden, holding its first show in the arena one week after it was officially opened in late 1995. Since then the TD Garden, which was previously known as the FleetCenter, has played host to major events such as King of the Ring 2000, the 2003 and 2011 Royal Rumble, SummerSlam 2006, Survivor Series WarGames in 2022, and of course, WrestleMania 14.

TD Garden is now promoting on social media that WWE SmackDown tickets for the 8th of September are now on a buy one, get one free offer but only for a very limited time.

What happened last time WWE came to TD Garden?

The last WWE show held in TD Garden came on the 6th of March 2023 when over 13,000 fans flocked to Monday Night Raw. On that occasion, Carmella had her last televised match before taking time off due to her pregnancy as she lost to Bianca Belair.

The issues with The Bloodline were dominant on that show as Kevin Owens defeated Solo Sikoa by disqualification and Sami Zayn defeated Jimmy Uso in the main event. It remains to be seen if Jimmy Uso will be by Roman Reigns’ side when SmackDown returns to Boston in September following his shocking actions at SummerSlam.
