In April 2023, Endeavor announced its agreement to acquire the World Wrestling Entertainment, and the deal was finalized in September. The American conglomerate also has the full ownership of UFC since 2021.
Over the last couple of months, there existed rumors that one of the upcoming WrestleMania events could be held in Saudi Arabia.

WWE Might Announce Its Sale At WrestleMania
Ex-WWE star Stevie Richards discussed the latest announcement from Triple H on his The Stevie Richards Show podcast.
He also claimed that Saudi Arabia could potentially buy the wrestling promotion, with the announcement coming at WrestleMania 42.
I still stand by my point, especially after this announcement, that WWE is going to, maybe not this year, maybe not next year, well, maybe next year, they’ll announce it at WrestleMania, that Saudi Arabia is buying WWE. If it’s not gonna be now, it’s gonna be sometime in the future leading to 2030, which is a huge date for Saudi Arabia.
Ever since the WrestleMania 43 announcement was made, videos about the same has run on multiple shows, including SmackDown and AAA Worlds Collide event.
