WWE RAW Kicks Off With Gunther’s Chilling Message For John Cena
Tonight’s episode of WWE RAW is a huge one as it kicks off John Cena’s final week as an in-ring competitor. The 17-time World Champion is set to retire at Saturday Night’s Main Event and will face Gunther in his final match.
The Ring General emerged victorious in the ‘Last Time is Now’ tournament last Friday night and earned the right to face Cena in his final match. He opened the show tonight, where he addressed his upcoming match.
Gunther has already retired WWE legend Goldberg this year and looks to add Cena’s name to the list. He even made a bold statement regarding his match with the former Intercontinental Champion following his victory over LA Knight on SmackDown.

Gunther came out to the ring and appeared to praise John Cena tonight. He stated that Cena was the greatest sports entertainer of all time, but claimed that he is the greatest professional wrestler of all time.

He went on to further humiliate the 17-time World Champion by reiterating what he said on SmackDown. He said that he will be the first man who will break Cena’s spirit and make sure that he ‘gives up’ in his last WWE match.
