WWE Hall Of Famer Expecting Plenty Of Lies In Vince McMahon Doc

Vince McMahon WWE

The wrestling world is eagerly awaiting the new documentary on Vince McMahon but one WWE Hall of Famer has questioned how much truth will actually be in it.

On August 29th it was announced that the long-awaited Vince McMahon documentary has a release date. The six-part series will premiere on Netflix on September 25th. The first project was first discussed back in 2020, and at the time it was announced it would be co-produced by WWE Studios, however, that is no longer the case.

Vince McMahon was forced to resign as Executive Chairman of TKO after he was subjected to a lawsuit accusing him of serious sexual assault and sex trafficking. It is believed these allegations will form part of the documentary as those in the industry and fans alike eagerly await to see what picture is painted of McMahon.

And one WWE Hall of Famer isn’t holding out much hope for the truth.

WWE Hall of Famer Not Expecting The Truth

During a virtual signing with Signed By Superstars, WWE Hall of Famer and AEW star Jake Roberts was asked if he’d be tuning into the series, to which he replied:

Possibly. I’m gonna wait and find out how much truth’s involved first… (Host mentioned it could be ‘a lot of bullsh*t’) Which is what I expect.

Jake Roberts has previously had his say on the allegations against Vince McMahon and admitted the troubling reality that they didn’t surprise him in the least.
