WWE Taking Extra Precautions Regarding Bray Wyatt’s Health

Bray Wyatt

WWE is taking no chances with the health of Bray Wyatt.

Bray Wyatt returned to WWE amid great fanfare after a campaign over several weeks in 2022 that saw his comeback teased but never explicitly confirmed by the company.

The former WWE Champion was released in the summer of 2021 to the surprise of many and at a time when the company was continuing major cuts to the roster that continued until the short-lived retirement of Vince McMahon in July 2022.

At Extreme Rules in October of that year, Bray Wyatt was back in WWE, apparently leaving The Fiend character in the past but with all new plans on how to terrorise the rest of the locker room. He introduced everyone to Uncle Howdy but things never quite kicked into gear with Wyatt only competing in one match at the 2023 Royal Rumble since his comeback where he defeated LA Knight.

He was figured into plans to face Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 39 but that storyline was abandoned after one interaction between the pair and Wyatt has not been seen since.

Where is Bray Wyatt?

PWInsider has given an update on Wyatt’s status and again confirms that the star is out with a health issue and there’s no indication that he’s going to be medically cleared anytime soon. The prolonged absence of the star is said to be down to WWE being “very, very careful with his health.”

Any suggestion that Wyatt’s absence is down to the return of Vince McMahon is said to have been adamantly denied by several sources.
