WWE Announces Return Of No Mercy PLE
WWE will once again be presenting No Mercy, this time under the banner of NXT.
WWE first introduced No Mercy as a UK event in 1999, and the name went on to be a staple in the company’s yearly pay-per-view lineup until it was replaced by Hell in a Cell in 2009. The name briefly returned in 2016 and 2017 before once again disappearing.
Now, according to a new announcement from WWE, the name is set to follow in the footsteps of Halloween Havoc and Great American Bash to be resurrected under the NXT banner.
