Will Ospreay “Open To All Options” After Contract Ends
Will Ospreay is going to consider all offers when negotiating which promotion he will sign with next.
Ospreay is set to become one of the most in-demand free agents in early 2024 when his current contract with New Japan expires, something that The Ariel Assassin made clear when cutting a passionate promo on Chris Jericho on the final episode of Dynamite before All In. With AEW, WWE or even re-signing with New Japan being the three most likely options for the IWGP UK Champion, does Ospreay have a preference?
Cultaholic caught up with Ospreay at the RevPro anniversary show the day before All In. Asking the New Japan star the big question, the response was that he has an open mind regarding the situation:
“I’m open to all options, that’s all I can say,”
The RevPro event was also where Jericho would launch a surprise attack 24 hours before the pair were set to collide inside Wembley Stadium.
Will Ospreay Reflects On AEW All In
The Essex native performed in front of the biggest paid attendance in wrestling history on August 27th, defeating Jericho in front of over 81,000 fans. Reflecting on the victory, Ospreay revealed on social media that he found the experience life-changing and is so grateful to represent his home nation at such a historic event.
Five years on from the original All In, Ospreay also recently revealed that he was available for the show and stated why he was not on it.
