What Happened With Jade Cargill After WWE SmackDown
A footage on social media details what happened with Jade Cargill after SmackDown went off air.
On the September 26 taping, Cargill faced Nia Jax and WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton in the main event for the gold.
The match got attention for all the wrong reasons; first it was for a botched spot on the steel steps that left The Storm bloodied, and second, the botched ending.
As the camera panned on Jade Cargill’s face, it showed a massive gash on her forehead, with blood streaming from it. This prompted WWE to call an audible.
Cargill, however, continued to perform before being dropkicked out of the ring by Stratton.
This was followed by a botched finish, wherein either Nia Jax was supposed to kick out or the referee, Daphanie LaShaunn, abruptly stopped the count.
Nevertheless, Stratton quickly hit the Prettiest Moonsault Ever on Jax for the win.
Video Shows Jade Cargill Assisted By Medic
After the SmackDown show ended, Jade Cargill was assisted by medical professionals ringside.
A fan footage doing the rounds online shows the 33-year-old’s head covered with a towel and a medic treating her wound. Other staff members are seen using towels to wipe the blood off of the floor.
The video ends with Jade Cargill walking backstage with the doctor.
As of this moment, there is no official update on Cargill’s injury or whether it will keep her out of action.
