RAW Star Confronts Tiffany Stratton After Successful Title Defense On WWE SmackDown

Tiffany Stratton

Tiffany Stratton retained the WWE Women’s Championship in a brutal Triple Threat on SmackDown.

On the September 12 episode of SmackDown, Tiffy Time put her title on the line against Jade Cargill. However, the match ended in a no-contest after Nia Jax attacked both superstars.

SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis later announced that Stratton will defend the WWE Women’s Championship on tonight’s episode of the blue brand against both The Storm and The Irresistible Force in a Triple Threat match.

The three ladies collided tonight in a brutal match, which saw Cargill get busted open. Although The Storm and Jax were close to ending Stratton’s title reign on multiple occasions during the fight, it was the champion who came out victorious to retain the championship after pinning The Irresistible Force following a Prettiest Moonsault Ever.

Stephanie Vaquer Will Face Tiffany Stratton At WWE Crown Jewel

Last Monday on RAW, General Manager Adam Pearce announced that the Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer will square off with the winner of tonight’s WWE Women’s Championship Triple Threat match for the Crown Jewel Women’s Title at Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia next month.

Ahead of tonight’s Triple Threat, Stephanie Vaquer surprisingly appeared backstage to have brief conversations with Jade Cargill, Nia Jax, and Tiffany Stratton.

Following Tiffy Time’s victory, La Primera headed to the ring to stand face-to-face with her Crown Jewel opponent. The two ladies held their titles high as the show went off the air.
