Turki Alalshikh Makes Massive Promise For WWE WrestleMania 43 In Saudi Arabia

Triple H WWE WrestleMania 43 Saudi Arabia Turki

Saudi Arabian officials are viewing the WrestleMania 43 deal with great pomp and circumstance.

WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque announced that the 2027 WrestleMania event will move out of North America for the first time in its history.

At the event, Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority Chairman, Turki Alalshikh, was also present.

While it is still a year and a half away, the host nation is promising an event of great magnitude.

After the official announcement, Alalshikh took to Instagram to share a video from the event with various WWE superstars, including The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels. He captioned it as below:

Today is a historic day. WrestleMania will be coming to Saudi Arabia, and it is the first time this wonderful event will be outside of North America. This is a significant moment in our partnership with WWE. It will be crazy.

In the video, he also says, “WrestleMania, for the first time outside North America in Saudi Arabia, it will be something amazing and big. I promise you. Don’t miss it. They don’t know what’s coming.”

Turki Alalshikh Mentions Former WWE Boss During The Presser

WWE’s partnership with Saudi Arabia began in 2018 when Vince McMahon was at the helm and not Triple H.

So, it’s natural that Turki Alalshikh mentioned and thanked for former boss at the press conference for his contributions.

First of all, I want to thank the Crown Prince, who supported us. Without him, we cannot do anything, and with his support, especially also for WWE, this will happen in our country, and before eight years ago, I meet the father, Vince McMahon, and Triple H, in my home when I was the Minister of Sport in my country, and I say to them, ‘Let’s go and have change into the future doing big project together,’ and I hope we deliver now some of what we say.

Although currently, Vince McMahon is not expected to be a part of the 2027 WrestleMania.
