Triple H May Be Losing Faith In Major WWE Star
Triple H has emerged as a shrewd leader since taking over WWE’s creative reign.
With him at the helm, it’s either sink or swim for the talent on all rosters. One such star whom he may have lost faith in is Jey Uso.
Uso’s meteoric rise began after he betrayed his cousin and then-leader of The Bloodline, Roman Reigns.
During his stellar singles run, he even became a World Heavyweight Champion by defeating Gunther at WrestleMania 41. But that is where his downfall seemingly began.
Despite being the most over wrestler on the RAW roster, his title reign lasted only 51 days.
Of late, there have been noticeable differences in his vibe.
In his recent appearance on Busted Open After Dark, ECW legend Tommy Dreamer expressed concern for Jey Uso, claiming he may no longer be in Triple H’s favor.
I keep saying this, I’m getting concerned. I do not know why, maybe somebody can help me, Jey Uso did not come out through the crowd, not once but twice tonight. I’m worried about, are they not seeing this guy as a top act.
I know he came in sort of from the side, maybe because he came from the [Hogan] tribute, but that crowd was insane for him, and the guy is one of your top acts as a babyface, and entrance is a massive part of his deal, and he didn’t get it not once but twice. [H/T: Wrestling Inc]
Meanwhile, Jey is set to team with Roman Reigns against the duo of Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker at SummerSlam.
Triple H Issued A Warning To Jey Uso Before His Push
Triple H knows about the pressures that come with being a top guy in WWE.
The King of Kings himself was a top heel for the majority of his career, so when he warned Jey Uso about the repercussions, he knew what he was talking about.
The Stamford promotion’s latest docuseries, WWE: Unreal, sheds light on the moment between The Game and Uso, where he informed the latter about his push.
Jey was shown to have understood Triple H’s concern, but ascertained that he was ready for the leap.
