Tiffany Stratton Tells Becky Lynch To “Bring It” After NXT Challenge

Tiffany Stratton WWE NXT Women's Champion

Tiffany Stratton is concerned about her next title challenge.

The NXT Women’s Champion successfully retained the title on the September 5th episode against Kiana James, but there was no time to celebrate.

Shortly after the bell rang, Becky Lynch would appear on the big screen and stated that she would be the next one to challenge Stratton for the title. The championship match was later made official for the September 12th broadcast.

Following on from the announcement, Stratton appeared more than ready for her next defence by quoting the match graphic on social media with the following caption:

BRING IT MISS BIG TIME

WWE caught up with the Women’s Champion after the match was announced asking how she feels about being challenged. Tiffany Stratton acknowledged that this would be the biggest match of her career and that Lynch is targeting her due to jealousy:

“You wanna know how I feel? I bet you’re all dying to know, right? Yeah, Becky Lynch is the biggest match of my career, but my career began two years ago. And Becky’s coming after me. Where was Becky’s career after two years? Nowhere. She was some circus monkey or working as some flight attendant. Certainly not at the top of the industry like I am.

“So Becky, you may be some WrestleMania main eventer, the number one superstar on Raw, SmackDown, and you may be Big Time Becks in your world, but I’m the center of the universe in mine. And next week, the NXT Women’s Championship isn’t going anywhere. See you next Tuesday, bitch. Toodles.”

When Did Tiffany Stratton Win The NXT Women’s Championship?

Stratton won her first-ever championship in WWE at the Battleground Premium Live Event. Due to the title being vacated by Indi Hartwell an 8-woman tournament was arranged to crown the new champion. Stratton would defeat Lyra Valkyria in the finals to be crowned the new champion and has reigned for over 100 days since the victory.
