Tiffany Stratton Breaks Silence After NXT Title Loss
Tiffany Stratton spoke out after her September 12th NXT Title loss to Becky Lynch.
The main event of the September 12th episode of NXT saw Becky Lynch capture a prize that previously eluded her when she pinned Tiffany Stratton to become the new NXT Women’s Champion.
The bout between the two stars was back and forth and at one point saw Lynch attempt to drive the champion through the announce table with a leg drop. The finish saw Stratton go for her Prettiest Moonsault Ever, Lynch moved but Stratton landed on her feet only to walk right into a Manhandle Slam which allowed Becky Lynch to win the title.
Having Lynch in the main event proved to be a massive ratings success as more than one million people tuned in by the time Lynch raised the title above her head. Lynch declared that she and husband Seth Rollins are “controlling the business,” and Rollins had high praise for his wife’s accomplishment, saying the two are once again a “championship family.”
