The Wyatt Sicks Retain World Tag Team Championship At WWE Clash In Paris
The Street Profits had the odds stacked against them at WWE Clash in Paris.
The duo became the #1 contenders for the World Tag Team Championship on SmackDown by defeating Melo Don’t Miz to face The Wyatt Sicks.
While friends Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford have showed incredible camaraderie over the years, a few cracks showed early on in the match, with B-Fab trying to put out the fire.
The babyfaces, though, got back on the same page, standing toe-to-toe with Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy.
Both teams had their moments with aggression and defense, as the match briefly went outside the ring.
Uncle Howdy Helps The Wyatt Sicks Retain Tag Team Titles
On the August 29 episode of SmackDown, Uncle Howdy appeared as Bo Dallas and played mind games with The Street Profits and Melo Don’t Miz.
He made his presence felt at the Clash in Paris match, too.
Angelo Dawkins first took out Joe Gacy outside the ring, resulting in Eric Rowan to confront him.
Montez, the legal man, then took out Rowan and Lumis, but as he was headed into the ring, Nikki Cross caused a distraction by grabbing his leg from under the ring.
Uncle Howdy then appeared behind him and hit him with the Sister Abigail.
Gacy and Lumis hit suplex-into-sit down powerbomb for the finish.
