The Rock Teases When WWE Return Will Happen

The Rock

The Rock returned to the ring at WrestleMania 40 and now the WWE legend has revealed when he has his sights set on another comeback.

The Rock pinned Cody Rhodes in the WrestleMania 40 night one main event ensuring that it would be ‘Bloodline Rules’ for Rhodes’ WWE Universal Title match with Roman Reigns the following night.

The Final Boss made his presence felt in that bout but was taken out by The Undertaker who shocked everyone by giving the man he once held the WWE Tag Team Championship for three days with an almighty chokeslam. For once The Bloodline did not have the numbers advantage as Cody Rhodes finished his story and defeated Roman Reigns to become WWE Champion for the very first time.

The Rock Plotting WWE Return

Taking to social media, The Rock shared a video where he reflected on his experience at WrestleMania 40 and revealed he has his sights already set on an epic comeback:

Congratulations to Cody Rhodes, congratulations to my cousin Roman Reigns on an incredible three-in-a-half-year run, maybe even four years, just incredible, iconic, and historic.

I’m very proud of you, uso. Also congratulations to the real MVP of the entire WrestleMania weekend, Seth Rollins. What an honor it was to share the ring with you three. What an honor it was for us to break records. And now my sights are set on the next WrestleMania. But that’s down the road.

The Rock also revealed his WrestleMania 40 MVP and vowed to make Cody Rhodes bleed again, perhaps pointing to what match he has in mind for WrestleMania 41 in 2025.
