John Cena is set to retire soon, and one of the top fan favorite opponents for his farewell tour is his iconic rival, The Rock.
Cena wrestled AJ Styles at WWE Crown Jewel 2025. Now he has only four dates left on his retirement tour. He is set to appear November 10 and November 17 editions of WWE Raw in Boston, Massachusetts, and New York City, New York, respectively.
Then he is scheduled for WWE Survivor Series, which will take place in San Diego, California, on November 29, 2025. His final appearance will be on December 13, 2025, at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Washington, D.C., which will serve as his final WWE match.
Natalya Wants To See John Cena Face The Rock in His Retirement Tour
During the recent edition of the Busted Open Podcast, Natalya and Dave LaGreca talked about Cena’s farewell tour. During the discussion, the female WWE legend revealed who she’d like Cena’s final opponents to be. She picked The Rock as one of Cena’s final four opponents. The other three were Gunther, Dominik Mysterio, and The Miz.
“I think if I was going to pick the last four matches, not in this order, I would go with Gunther because I think Gunther is an incredible heel. He’s just every… I love Gunther’s work.
