Stephanie McMahon Details Personal Struggles
Recently, in the latter show, Stephanie McMahon made a heartbreaking personal confession while hosting Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena.
Their conversation had diverted to Brazilian jiu-jitsu, in which she holds a blue belt, and she claimed that practicing it healed her.
I lost myself for a little bit. I lost my confidence, and I found it again in jiu-jitsu.
Cena encouraged her to speak about her struggles, asking why she thought she had lost herself.
I had some very hard life lessons., mainly as it relates to my family, what WWE is and what it means to me and how much a part of it I really am. I had even tried to pull myself away, you know, for a little bit, and I never really could. It was so wrapped up in my identity, and who am I, right? Like, am I this…this person who was reared in this business and I am. And I needed to accept that part of me, you know, and know that it’s all good, you know, there’s nothing wrong with it.
