Sexyy Red Reveals New WWE Title Belt
A brand new championship is coming to WWE and rap star Sexyy Red revealed the title belt on NXT.
At NXT Stand & Deliver, NXT General Manager Ava announced that WWE was introducing the NXT Women’s North American Championship. A combine was held to find 12 NXT stars who faced off in a series of matches to find the final six that will compete in a ladder match to crown the inaugural champion at Battleground.
The six women that will have their chance to get their hands on the gold on June 9th are Sol Ruca, Lash Legend, Fallon Henley, Jaida Parker, Michin, and Kelani Jordan.
On the 28th of May edition of NXT, Ava left it to rapper Sexyy Red to reveal the new title belt that the six stars will be competing for. Sexyy Red then got into a tug-of-war over the belt with Tatum Paxley but Paxley lost her qualifier to Michin so she won’t be getting her hands on the new title just yet.

Sexyy Red Reveal Not The Only Surprise On WWE NXT
It was a night of surprises on NXT as Ava also revealed that TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace would challenge for the NXT Women’s Championship at Battleground.
The night ended with Trick Williams being attacked by former AEW star Ethan Page who was making his surprise debut for the company.
