Roman Reigns Not Scheduled For Survivor Series
Roman Reigns is not currently advertised for Survivor Series.
While Reigns working a reduced schedule is nothing new, he usually wrestles at WWE’s traditional “big four” Premium Live Events. As such, the prospect of Reigns missing Survivor Series would be a major surprise.
The star featured heavily at the 2022 event, and the big story coming out of the show was Sami Zayn turning his back on Kevin Owens and finally being accepted into The Bloodline.
Despite this, Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Reigns is not scheduled to appear in Chicago.
“Reigns is not scheduled for Survivor Series, which is notable because it’s considered a big four event. He defends at Crown Jewel and his next scheduled PPV match won’t be until Royal Rumble.”
Tickets for Survivor Series have proved incredibly popular since going on sale, with WWE reconfiguring their setup at the Allstate Arena in an effort to make more seats available. It’s long been rumoured that CM Punk will make his return to WWE at the event, although more recent reports suggest a deal between Punk and WWE is dead.
Roman Reigns To Return To Action At Crown Jewel
Roman Reigns hasn’t wrestled on television since defending the Undisputed WWE Universal Title against Jey Uso at SummerSlam. The Tribal Chief recently returned to SmackDown and ended up coming face to face with LA Knight.
Their confrontation set up a match between the pair at Crown Jewel on November 4th.
Reigns has only wrestled six televised matches in 2023, and just 10 matches in total.
