Nick Jackson Credits AEW Star As “Huge Reason Why We Stayed” In AEW
Instead of cutting a promo in the ring while on TV, Nick Jackson decided the best way for him to credit and praise others would be to do so on social media.
Although he lost his tag team title challenge against FTR, Nick Jackson appears to be elated at the overall success of AEW All In.
The show was, by most accounts, a critical and commercial success, and Jackson decided to spread the positivity by thanking many different people to have worked on the event and some that didn’t.
Jackson posted a collage of “thank you” messages for different people: The Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Trent), Orange Cassidy, Hikaru Shida, Sting, MJF, Adam Cole, Darby Allin, Will Ospreay, and FTR.
But there was one message that looked to be particularly special: the one he had for Eddie Kingston:
“I love you. You’re a huge reason why we stayed. You’ll hate me for posting this.”
This comment likely stems from Kingston’s continued support for AEW as an alternative company in the wrestling market and how passionately he advocates for having different styles in the industry.

The image Nick Jackson posted above also includes a message about one person no longer in AEW, that being Cody Rhodes.
When Cody Rhodes left WWE, many people assumed that he had been either forced out or lost influence to the point that a rift had grown him between himself and his fellow company co-founders The Young Bucks.
However, Jackson refuted this point with the following statement, printed below a photo of Cody next to both Nick and his brother Matt:
“This doesn’t happen without you. Spoiler alert for the people who say we hate each other. That isn’t true.”
