Massive WWE Legend Teases Return At Wrestlepalooza
A WWE Hall of Famer, who has been absent from TV, has teased their return at Wrestlepalooza.
Wrestlepalooza will be the Stamford promotion’s first premium live event on ESPN in the United States, thanks to both companies signing a 5-year streaming partnership recently.
Paul Heyman did not have a memorable outing at Clash in Paris.
Not only did his stablemate, Bronson Reed, lose his match to Roman Reigns, but Heyman himself was attacked by the former world champion in the match’s aftermath.
As Heyman checked on a laid out Reed, Reigns appeared behind him and applied a guillotine choke hold, which allegedly busted blood vessels in his eye.
During his recent appearance on ESPN’s First Take, the WWE legend was asked whether he will be at Wrestlepalooza alongside Seth Rollins.
Paul Heyman did not give a definitive answer, but said he always feels comfortable being ringside with Rollins.
Hell of a cliffhanger. Uh, I’m always comfortable ringside with Seth Freakin’ Rollins. Maybe the strategy calls for me to be elsewhere at that moment. Maybe the strategy calls for me to be ringside at the moment. [H/T: Ringside News]
Paul Heyman Reveals Why He Betrayed Roman Reigns At WWE WrestleMania
Paul Heyman executed one of the most unexpected betrayals of all time when he turned on Roman Reigns at WWE WrestleMania 41 and sided with Seth Rollins.
Speaking on Metro, he revealed why he had to take that route.
I never think short term. I always think long term. And the long term to me was that Roman Reigns and I had accomplished everything that we could.
It was time for Seth Rollins to elevate himself to be declared the greatest in ring performer of this or any other generation.
Since aligning with Rollins, Heyman has earned the moniker of The Oracle and remains the mouthpiece for The Vision.
Elsewhere, Heyman blasted an ex-WWE star for their poor attitude towards company greats.
