John Cena Competes In Unique Baseball Experience (VIDEO)
John Cena recently showed off his comedic skills while participating in a very unique baseball game.
When it comes to the WWE Universe, John Cena is regarded as one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Cena is a 16-time former WWE World Champion who was also a main event performer for well over a decade and remains one of the most popular superstars ever.
Recently, Cena has spoken openly about how at 47 years old, he knows the end of his WWE career is coming soon. It is something that John Cena has openly talked about recently.
The Savannah (GA) Bananas are a minor league baseball team that is similar to the Harlem Globetrotters in basketball. Just like the Globetrotters are there to entertain the fans, the Bananas are also there to put on a show rather than have a competitive game. The Bananas are all about being entertaining in “games” that push fun and following a certain script, which is similar to pro wrestling in a lot of ways.
On the Savannah Banans Twitter account, the organization states matter of factly: “We Make Baseball Fun. Fans First. Entertain Always.”
As you can see in the video below, Cena’s performance with the Bananas was not very productive since he struck out looking. After the strikeout, Cena charged the mound to go after the picture, but then he did the pro wrestling thing by raising the pitcher’s hand as the winner of their showdown.

What Happened In John Cena’s Last WWE Match?
The last time that John Cena competed in a WWE match was at Crown Jewel on November 4th when he lost to Solo Sikoa. The match was a destruction because Solo dominated the veteran Cena with about a dozen Samoan Spikes to the throat before finally pinning Cena to win the match.
There is no word on when Cena will compete in a WWE ring again or if he will be in a match at this year’s WrestleMania 40 event in Philadelphia.
