Massive John Cena Announcement Ahead Of Final WWE RAW Appearance

John Cena joined an elite group in Boston, Massachusetts, on RAW.

On November 10, Cena became a Grand Slam Champion after capturing the elusive Intercontinental Championship from Dominik Mysterio.

It was an impromptu match, and the first of the evening, announced after Mysterio interrupted while Cena addressed his hometown audience.

In the closing minutes, Mysterio successfully hit a frog splash on the 17-time world champion, but Cena reversed it and delivered an Attitude Adjustment for the pinfall.

As of now, Cena has 3 dates left on his retirement tour, his next coming on November 17 at Madison Square Garden, New York. It will also be his final appearance on the red brand.

To commemorate the occasion, Netflix has released a trailer-like video, confirming that John Cena will be in action at MSG, with the description reading:

This Monday night, witness the end of an era. John Cena takes center stage for his FINAL appearance ever on Monday Night RAW. One last match. One unforgettable farewell. Celebrate the legacy of a true WWE legend!

The John Cena “Last Time Is Now” Tournament Continues

The RAW episode also saw Rusev and Sheamus emerge victorious in their respective matches as part of the “Last Time Is Now” tournament.

It was later revealed by General Manager Adam Pearce that NXT’s Je’Von Evans will be featured in the tournament next week against the returning Gunther. Solo Sikoa will challenge an unnamed opponent.

Becky Lynch, too, will be in action and defend the Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Maxxine Dupri.

Elsewhere, on the upcoming episode of the blue brand, The Miz will challenge Jey Uso, while LA Knight will face a challenger that will be revealed before the match.
