Jeff Hardy Makes Shock Return To TNA
Jeff Hardy is back in familiar surroundings and surrounded by family as he made a shock return to TNA at Against All Odds.
On June 13th it was reported that Jeff Hardy will be leaving AEW when his contract expires on the 14th. Hardy has been with AEW since March 2022, but his time with the company was badly affected by injury and a suspension and spell in rehab after being caught driving under the influence.
Hardy’s brother Matt left the company back in April and has since been working with TNA. At Against All Odds on the 14th of June, Matt Hardy faced Moose in the main event for the TNA World Title and despite the fact Hardy came up short in that pursuit he might have gained something more valuable after all.
Jeff Hardy Saves His Brother On TNA Return
After Moose picked up the win, The System continued their attack on Matt Hardy and his wife Reby. Joe Hendry attempted to make the save after losing to Frankie Kazarian earlier in the night but he was swarmed by the group as well.
Then to the delight of the fans in attendance, some very familiar music hit and Jeff Hardy made his return to TNA, taking out The System with a steel chair and Twists of Fate before hitting Moose with a huge Swanton Bomb. The reunited Hardys celebrated in the ring alongside Joe Hendry, and the Nemeth brothers as the show went off the air.
This is the first time Jeff Hardy has been in TNA since leaving the promotion to return to WWE with his brother Matt at WrestleMania 33 in 2017.
