Jade Cargill Responds To CM Punk WWE Return Promo

Jade Cargill & CM Punk split

Jade Cargill had a simple message after CM Punk returned to Raw.

With the world still reeling from his return to WWE at Survivor Series, CM Punk walked out on the November 27th episode of Monday Night Raw. With Punk stood in the middle of the ring with a microphone fans were expecting fireworks, but the star remained composed and delivered a relatively low-key promo. It’s since been reported that CM Punk and others are legally unable to discuss his exit from AEW.

However, while off-mic, Punk did seemingly send a warning to the locker room, saying “I’m not here to make friends, I’m here to make money” down the camera.

In response, Jade Cargill wrote on social media “I already have friends. Just give me the money 🤌🏾”

Cargill is yet to make her in-ring WWE debut having joined the company from AEW back in September. Cargill is reportedly working with NXT star Roxanne Perez as she prepares for her debut. The former TBS Champion is yet to be assigned to a brand, sparking speculation she could be a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble.

Jade Cargill has previously spoken up in support of CM Punk, describing him as a “great guy” after he helped her earlier in her career.

CM Punk Heading To SmackDown

CM Punk is next advertised to appear on the December 8th episode of SmackDown for the special Tribute To The Troops show. Interestingly, Punk isn’t advertised to appear at Raw in Albany, New York on December 4th, Despite this, the company sold an extra 1,700 tickets for the show with fans hopeful he’ll be there.

Dave Meltzer believes this could cause a backlash should CM Punk not appear, although there’s no word on whether he will or won’t be there.
