Is Jeff Hardy Returning To AEW?

Jeff Hardy

What does the future hold for Jeff Hardy?

At the February 14th taping for AEW Rampage, Jeff Hardy suffered a broken nose during a No Disqualification with Sammy Guevara. However, during the match, there was also a concern that Hardy suffered a concussion, but despite this, concussion protocol wasn’t followed and the Spanish God hit the veteran with his finish.

Although Jeff hasn’t wrestled since it seems a return could be on the way.

Speaking on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, Matt said Jeff is now officially cleared.

“Jeff had been to his doctor and had seen the AEW doctor, and as of right now, as of a couple of days ago, he is officially cleared. He is cleared to wrestle, and he could be competing, I guess, soon. He could be competing any day now. There is your breaking news. Jeff Hardy is cleared after getting his nose broken and his sinuses smashed.”

Jeff Hardy Remains Under AEW Contract

Following Matt’s departure from AEW, there have been rumours that Jeff Hardy could also leave the company, especially as his contract is up sooner than previously thought. However, according to Matt, Jeff remains under AEW contract at least for the time being.

“It’s going to be very interesting to see what ends up happening. Brother Nero is still under AEW contract. It will be interesting to see if he pops up on TV in the next few weeks. I’m guessing he does since he has been cleared.”

Meanwhile, it’s been reported that Sammy Guevara is still suspended for the incident which saw Jeff get injured.
