Ex-WWE Star Doubts Triple H Knew Nothing About Vince McMahon Claims

Vince McMahon Triple H

Vince McMahon’s name is mud as far as WWE is concerned it seems but there has been plenty of speculation over what Triple H did or didn’t know.

Vince McMahon was forced to resign from TKO after serious allegations were made against him in a lawsuit. Vince McMahon was accused of sexual assault and sex trafficking in the suit that was also brought against WWE itself and former Head of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis.

The story broke just a few days before the 2024 Royal Rumble and at the post-Rumble press conference, Triple H ignored the allegations made against his father-in-law. The WWE CCO claimed to not have read the lawsuit and instead said it had been a great week for WWE given that the company’s deal with Netflix and the announcement about The Rock joining TKO’s Board had also been made.

This brought a great deal of ridicule towards Triple H, not least because he’d been on WWE’s Board of Directors when a committee was set up to investigate claims made against McMahon in 2022.

Former WWE Star Finds Triple H Claims Hard To Believe

Speaking on Eugene Behind The Scenes, former WWE star Nick Dinsmore (best known as Eugene) offered his opinion on Triple H’s apparent ignorance and how he finds it difficult to believe:

I don’t have a crystal ball so I can’t say but I would think that if people in the office knew about it, Triple H worked in the office. I find it very hard to believe that if something that salacious is going on in an office and they didn’t have a whole lot of people in that office. Everything’s gonna get around, the rumour mill’s gonna get around.

So I can’t say that he did or he didn’t but if it was me, I’d probably say I didn’t know either.

Dinsmore also shared a disturbing story where he alleged another former WWE executive trapped a woman in a bathroom as he attempted to make a pass at them.
