Ex-WWE Star Convinced Donald Trump Will Attend John Cena’s Final Match
John Cena’s final match will take place on December 13, 2025.
It will be at Saturday Night’s Main Event XLII, with his opponent yet to be announced. Meanwhile, Gunther, who is currently sidelined after undergoing surgery, has emerged as a strong contender.
Before that, he will have three appearances—2 on RAW and 1 at Survivor Series: WarGames.
His next RAW appearance will be in his hometown of Boston, Massachusetts, on November 10, followed by his final showing on the red brand on November 17 in New York.
Cena already made his final WWE SmackDown appearance on September 5, where he challenged Sami Zayn for the United States Championship. The match ended in a ‘no contest’ after Brock Lesnar’s interference.
Elsewhere, rumors have swirled about high-profile attendees being present at the 17-time World Champion’s final match, including the United States President Donald Trump.
While no official word has been made by either Trump or WWE, a former wrestler of the Stamford promotion believes that the president will definitely attend the show.
Tyrus Opines About Donald Trump Attending WWE SNME XLII
Tyrus was signed to WWE under the name Brodus Clay from 2006 to 2014.
He is also known for his Funkasaurus gimmick between 2012 and 2014, which drastically transformed his persona, turning it into a fun-loving, funk-dancing gimmick.
Appearing on TMZ’s Inside The Ring, the 52-year-old former WWE star claimed that Donald Trump will attend John Cena’s final match.
Oh, the president the 1000%… he says he’s going, he’s going, it’s indeed, yeah, and that’s not by no mistake. He might even be in the finish. But, you know, I definitely think that if the President says he’s gonna be there, he’s gonna be there because he’s a fan. He loves it. [H/T: WrestlingNews.co]
