Desperate WWE Star Teases Big Character Change

WWE teased a character change for a major star.

On the August 11 episode of RAW, Bayley was featured in a vignette, appearing disoriented in her 2-minute-long monologue.

The three-time singles champion has had a tough outing since her return to the red brand on June 9.

At WrestleMania, she was the victim of a backstage attack, which was later revealed to have been orchestrated by Becky Lynch, the current women’s Intercontinental Champion.

She found herself in a three-way feud with Lynch and Lyra Valkyria, who was the initial contender for the IC title.

As weeks progressed, Bayley became more embroiled in heated segments with Valkyria, who at the time was her ally.

More recently, the “Role Model” lost the opportunity at a SummerSlam appearance after losing to Valkyria in a #1 Contender’s match.

Her interference also cost Valkyria the title at ‘the Biggest Party of the Summer.’

WWE Teases Character Change For Bayley

In the vignette aired on WWE RAW, the 36-year-old star admitted to ‘feeling nothing’ and said multiple times that it was her fault.

She also claimed not to know when she last felt proud of herself.

As the video neared its end, Bayley plugged her ears and closed her eyes, and a devilish female laughter was heard after the screen blacked out.

The August 4 episode of WWE RAW showed Bayley desperately seeking out Lyra Valkyria in the hopes of amending their friendship.

However, Valkyria exploded at her and said she was on her own.

After the vignette aired, Valkyria appeared concerned for the former champion, but reiterated that she wanted nothing to do with her.
