Damian Priest Signs Another New Deal But Not With WWE
After trading in a briefcase for a World Heavyweight Championship, Damian Priest has signed a new deal as he looks to broaden his horizons.
One night after he lost the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship in a wild ladder match Damian Priest seized the moment after Drew McIntyre was attacked by CM Punk just moments after the Scottish star won the World Heavyweight Championship from Seth Rollins.
Priest cashed in his Money In The Bank contract and nailed McIntyre with his South of Heaven chokeslam to win the title for himself. Following that win, Damian Priest revealed he had signed a new deal with WWE but it seems he’s also put pen to paper on another deal for life outside of wrestling.
Damian Priest Signs Deal With Talent Agent
Variety has reported that Damian Priest has signed up with Paradigm Talent Agency for representation in all areas. The report noted:
Paradigm will work to build his business across books, acting, marketing, unscripted and more. Priest, who was born Luis Berrios (Martinez), most recently won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship during Night 2 of WrestleMania 40 by cashing in his Money in the Bank contract against Drew McIntire, who himself had just won the championship from Seth Rollins.
Priest knows who the first challenger to his new title will be after CM Punk screwed Drew McIntyre again on Raw allowing Jey Uso to pick up a huge win.
