Charlotte Flair’s Honest Take On Being Called “Plastic”

Over time, Charlotte Flair has been a victim of criticism from fans due to various reasons.

While she has been accused of nepotism and burying deserving talents, Flair has also faced a lot of flak for her physical appearance.

Not long ago, a survey revealed that the 39-year-old WWE star was the most abused celebrity online.

While recently appearing on The Strong New York Podcast, Flair discussed a wide range of topics, including how she handles her critics.

The last two years having my first injury, being out, coming back, and I came back with a lot on my plate, and I had lost a lot of weight due to it, but like no one knew.

So, the criticism of, like, ‘she’s so skinny,’ whatever narrative was out there, and then you put on 10 pounds, and then they’re like, ‘Oh, she’s getting bigger. She looks like Charlotte did in 2015’. It’s just like if they’re not talking, you’re doing something wrong.

So it’s kind of like a mixed blessing. Like, ‘Oh, she looks like a dude; she’s too skinny,’ or ‘She looks plastic.’ Like any fan that I’ve ever met in person, they’re like, ‘Wow, you’re so much prettier in person.’…You have to just take it, what else can you do?

Charlotte Flair Walks Out Of WarGames Clash

Charlotte Flair’s in turmoil.

On this week’s RAW, she lost the tag team titles that she held with Alexa Bliss after being pinned by Kairi Sane of The Kabuki Warriors.

After the match, they were attacked by Sane, Asuka, Nia Jax, and Lash Legend before Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley made the save.

It was later announced that both groups would compete in a WarGames match at Survivor Series.

However, Charlotte Flair walked away from the match due to Ripley’s involvement and their shared history, which she claims has ‘too much bad blood.’

Bliss, Sky, and Ripley were taken out by their future rivals again, although Flair did not come to their aid.
