Brock Lesnar “Has Figured Out This Business” Says WWE Star
The giant Omos has discussed his thoughts on his WrestleMania 39 opponent Brock Lesnar and says Lesnar doesn’t get the recognition he deserves.
Brock Lesnar has been about as shrewd an operative as there ever has been in modern times throughout his wrestling career, ensuring that he always gets the most buck for his bang.
At WrestleMania 39, Brock Lesnar competed on the grandest stage of them all for the twelfth time in his career. His opponent for that event was the rookie Omos whose challenge to Lesnar came out of left field in the run-up to the event. When all was said and done, however, Brock Lesnar defeated his massive opponent to bring his WrestleMania record to an even 6-6.
Speaking with the Daily Mail, Omos gave his thoughts on Brock Lesnar as a competitor and says The Beast Incarnate has the wrestling business all figured out:
“I don’t think he gets the credit he deserves. He’s such an amazing and talented worker. He has figured out this business to the core. From his facial expressions to his physicality to his selling. He gets it. Most importantly he understands his role depending on where he’s put. He has such awareness and that’s the person he is.”
As for their match at WrestleMania 39, Omos noted that Brock Lesnar had high expectations for him but came away pleased with the short bout:
“For him, he wanted to see whether I could live up to expectations. Everything in life is a test and I knew I had to go out there and put everything I have learned into that match and I’m glad it came out the way it did. Brock is amazing. He was pleased after. I wanted to make sure he had fun. That’s always my goal. When it’s fun, you want to keep on doing it.”
Omos also explained how The Undertaker has become something of a mentor to him after providing advice for the Lesnar bout.
