Bianca Belair is all about living out your dreams, but she may not be open to her husband Montez Ford stepping into a UFC cage.

During her WWE career, Bianca Belair has gone from somebody with no experience in pro wrestling to become one of the top stars, male or female, in all of WWE.

It has been an incredible journey for Belair, who has had long reigns as the Raw & Smackdown Women’s Champion. Up next for Belair is the Women’s Elimination Chamber match where she could earn a Women’s World Title match at WrestleMania 40.

Bianca Belair and her husband Montez Ford, who is a WWE superstar that is part of The Street Profits tag team, were at the UFC 298 event in Anaheim, CA on Saturday night. Ford has made it clear that he would be open to stepping into the UFC Octagon to see what he could do in the cage someday.

In an interview with TNT Sports, Ford made it clear that his wife Belair has shut down his hopes of stepping into the UFC cage.

“100 percent. Now I do get nervous about messing up this pretty face. I do look better in person, I know the camera is a little different. But I will say I’ve always been a fan of it, always trained for it.

“It is something I was talking about in the last two years, about actually going over and having a match. Seeing CM Punk, Brock Lesnar, and even Bobby Lashley, the guy I’m with now, doing different promotions, doing those fighting promotions… It’s something I had interest in but it got shut down quickly by… ahem [gestures to Belair.]”

Would Bianca Belair Ever Fight In The UFC?

There is an obvious crossover between WWE superstars and UFC athletes now because the companies are both owned by Endeavor under the TKO Group banner. With that in mind, Belair made it clear she doesn’t have aspirations of being in the UFC cage.

“I would love to train and get the skills that they have. I’ve been in the ring with some women who have some of this background like Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler and they are tough. I would love to have some skills that they have. But as far as competing, I think I’m good in the WWE ring.”

Bianca Belair has also put an end to rumors that WWE has edited sounds when she uses her hair as a weapon.
