Bianca Belair Returns To WWE On SmackDown
Former WWE Women’s Champion Bianca Belair is back on SmackDown after several months out of action.
Bianca Belair had a rollercoaster night back at SummerSlam in August as she captured the WWE Women’s Championship from Asuka in a Triple Threat match that also featured Charlotte Flair. However, her triumph turned to tragedy in a matter of minutes as Damage CTRL burst onto the scene taking out Flair and Asuka on their way to laying out Belair herself.
That allowed IYO SKY to cash in her Money In The Bank contract and defeat Belair for the WWE Women’s Championship putting The EST into one of the shortest title reigns in company history.
Belair got some measure of revenge on the 18th of August edition of SmackDown as she teamed with Flair to defeat Bayley and SKY in tag team action but she ended up being taken out by Damage CTRL backstage on the show and has not been seen since – that was until SmackDown in San Antonio, Texas.
Bianca Belair sends warning to Damage CTRL on SmackDown
On the 20th of October edition of SmackDown, Charlotte Flair challenged IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Title in the main event. Ultimately, SKY managed to escape with her title as the rest of Damage CTRL made their presence felt at ringside.
After the match, Damage CTRL continued the assault on Flair until Bianca Belair came to The Queen’s rescue marking her return to the company. Flair and Belair stood tall as the show went off the air.
