Becky Lynch Gets Extreme At NXT No Mercy
Did Becky Lynch retain her NXT Women’s Championship at No Mercy?
Becky Lynch captured the NXT Women’s Title from Tiffany Stratton on the 12th of September edition of NXT television with The Man’s presence helping pull in the viewers for that show. Since then Lynch has defended the title on the main roster against Natalya but Stratton has not kept Lynch far from her sights.
Tiffany Stratton and Kiana James went as far as attacking Becky Lynch in recent weeks with Stratton nailing the champion with a steel chair. That led Lynch to make their title rematch at No Mercy an Extreme Rules bout.
Becky Lynch & Tiffany Stratton headline No Mercy
Following a big night of action in Bakersfield, California which saw two title changes as both Dominik Mysterio and Carmelo Hayes lost their respective belts, Tiffany Stratton had the chance to make it a hat trick.
However, Big Time Becks had other ideas. Lynch brought a shopping cart of weapons to the ring with her and at one point slammed her challenger into a pile of broken Barbie dolls. Ultimately Lynch was able to pick up the win as she dropped Stratton with a Manhandle Slam into a pile of steel chairs.
After the bout, Becky Lynch acknowledged Tegan Nox who had been watching on at ringside. Nox will challenge Lynch for the NXT Women’s Title this coming Monday on WWE Raw.
