Bayley Shows Off Shocking Physical Transformation During WWE Absence (Photo)
Bayley’s return to WWE in June was expected to put the limelight on her.
Instead, a chain of events pushed her farther from success, as she failed to win any match. She had already missed WrestleMania in April; then, she was absent from SummerSlam, too.
As it stands, her last victory came during a match against Liv Morgan in April during a RAW episode.
Amid contract expirations and negotiations, The Role Model’s name was thrown into the mix, despite her contract ending in late 2026.
More recently, WWE has started airing vignettes during RAW episodes featuring the 36-year-old star, hinting at a possible heel turn for her character.
In the videos, she speaks about her mistakes while appearing disoriented, and claims hearing voices that make fun of her.
On the latest episode of the red brand, she was referenced again, this time during an interaction between her former friend Lyra Valkyria and general manager Adam Pearce.
Valkyria is scheduled to face Roxanne Perez of The Judgement Day in a singles match next week. Is this when Bayley returns?
Bayley Shows Off Incredible Physical Transformation
While Bayley appears directionless in her vignettes, she’s headstrong away from it, and it is evidenced by her latest social media upload.
In a photo she shared on Instagram, fans can see her incredible physical transformation. She captioned it, “Weird” • “Doing great” • “Soon,” which is a nod to her “voices.”

Bayley’s last heel turn started on September 2, 2019, when she assisted Sasha Banks to attack Becky Lynch on RAW.
In October, she debuted a new look, chopping off her ponytail. She would often go off on fans.
It was arguably her greatest run on the main roster, during which she won the SmackDown Women’s Championship and held it for 380 days.
