20-Time WWE Champion To Win 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble?

WWE has set Royal Rumble for January 31, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Multiple superstars will be present for the event since the 30-man and 30-woman match will decide the challengers for WrestleMania 42.

At the moment, the Stamford-based promotion has several superstars who are eligible for a push to the top, but only a handful will get the push at a time.

Some of the top names in the mix for WrestleMania 42’s main event are CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and Brock Lesnar.

Randy Orton can emerge as the name to win the WWE Royal Rumble men’s match

Recently, WWE hasn’t done justice to Randy Orton. He has not secured any meaningful victories, and his creative angles have been lackluster at best. Ideally, the 20-time champion needs an interesting and championship angle that will enable him to show off his dominance once again.

Sam Roberts picked Randy Orton as his choice of winner for Royal Rumble 2026.

My main events for Wrestlemania are Cody versus Randy and Roman Reigns versus, is it Roman versus Punk? Punk. Yeah, he has a Yeah, Roman Reigns. Okay, I got Roman versus Punk and Cody versus Randy.

I have Punk. Oh, yeah. Punk would be the champion. So, I have uh Randy winning the Rumble. This is just right now, off the top of my head.

So, I have Cody versus Randy with Randy winning the Rumble for the men. I have Ria versus Io with Io winning the women’s Rumble. And I have I think Roman versus Punk. I think card subject to change.

The Viper hasn’t been on SmackDown TV for a while. However, speculations suggest he might return at Saturday Night’s Main Event to cost Cody Rhodes the championship against Drew McIntyre. He has also been added as a featured superstar for the October 24th, 2025, episode of WWE SmackDown.
