WWE’s Seth Rollins Cut From Marvel Movie

Seth Rollins has addressed his removal from Marvel’s next blockbuster.

In 2023, Seth Rollins was spotted on the set of Captain America: Brave New World. The Visionary was reportedly filming scenes as a member of the Serpent Society, one of Marvel’s many groups of villains.

At the time, the movie was set to be called “New World Order,” but in the intervening years, multiple changes have been made to the original plan. Unfortunately for Rollins, one of the amendments saw him cut out of the film entirely.

During the latest episode of Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Rollins broke the news for fans who had hoped to see him do battle with Sam Wilson’s Captain America.

“I’m not in the movie. I will say unequivocally I am not in the film. I do not want anybody to go to the film thinking I’m here to see Seth Rollins. There might be two people that would do that, but I don’t want those two people to waste their time. I don’t want to misinform anybody. I don’t want to lead anybody astray. I am not in the film.”

However, the star is not bothered by his omission, saying he “doesn’t love acting,” unlike his wife, Becky Lynch.

“It should be a good one. Marvel does a great job. I mean, if I’m not [in anything else], I don’t care. I don’t love acting. I love wrestling. My wife loves acting. She’s way better at it than I am.

“She’s got awesome stuff coming out. Obviously, she announced her bit on Star Trek, which is going to be sick. I think that comes out like later — maybe next year. And she’s got another thing that I’m not allowed to talk about that’ll be coming out sooner than that. Yeah, I can’t say anything.

“People have been like, ‘Oh she’s on hiatus, taking a break.’ She has not been taking a break. She has been working her tail off the last six, seven months, she’s been hustling.”

Seth Rollins Hated CM Punk’s WWE Return

During the same interview, Seth Rollins gave his thoughts on CM Punk’s shock WWE return at Survivor Series 2023. The star claims he had no idea Punk would be at the event and believes The Second City Saint spoiled Randy Orton’s big return the same night. He further blasted it as another in a series of “disgusting CM Punk moments.”
