Next WWE World Heavyweight Champion Predicted
The WWE World Heavyweight Championship remains vacated after Seth Rollins suffered an injury. He was written off WWE TV following a vicious attack from Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.
The Dog may have been under the impression that the championship opportunity would automatically pass down to him after Rollins, but RAW’s General Manager, Adam Pearce, had other thoughts.
He let The Vision know that a Battle Royal would decide CM Punk’s opponent for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
CM Punk should emerge as the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion
Jey Uso battled in the Battle Royal on Monday Night RAW and emerged as the winner of the match. He will face CM Punk at Saturday Night’s Main Event on November 1st, 2025, in Salt Lake City.
On the Something to Wrestle podcast, JBL spoke about the match and explained that The Visionary’s absence has left a void. The gap needs to be filled, and Punk is a good choice for it. He acknowledged that nobody can replace Seth Rollins, but the Second City Saint is a good choice.
You have a void here left, a huge void left by Seth, you know, somebody’s going to fill that void. And I think CM Punk can fill that very easily, very well, not easily. Nobody can fill a spot of Seth Rollins easily, but then he could fill it very well. [h/t: Wrestling News]
