WWE Tells Fans Don’t Stress Amid Injury Crisis

Seth Rollins CM Punk on WWE Raw.

The injuries continue to pile up for WWE.

In the lead-up to the Royal Rumble, Seth Rollins told fans that he’d suffered a torn MCL as well as a partially torn medial meniscus in a recent match against Jinder Mahal. The injury left Rollins’ WrestleMania dreams hanging in the balance but despite the problem he intends to compete at the showpiece event.

Things then went from bad to worse for WWE with Rollins’ rumoured opponent CM Punk suffering a torn triceps. While Rollins is hopeful of making WrestleMania, Punk is definitely out.

Prior to WrestleMania, WWE heads to Perth, Australia for Elimination Chamber, but despite the injury crisis, Grayson Waller told fans on social media that he and his fellow Aussies are pushing forward regardless.

“Australia, don’t stress. Myself and the other Aussies are going to give you every single bit of ourselves to make sure that Chamber show is absolute fire.

The WWE roster is stacked right now- next man/woman up mentality.”

Kevin Owens Stars At WWE Royal Rumble Despite Injury

Incredibly, aside from Punk and Rollins, it’s been reported that Kevin Owens also recently suffered an injury. It’s believed that the former Universal Champion is dealing with a fractured foot after being struck down by the injury on the January 5th episode of SmackDown.

Despite the severity of the injury, Owens wrestled at the Royal Rumble against Logan Paul as planned.
