WWE Raw will emanate from Cleveland, Ohio on the 19th of June, and for hometown star Johnny Gargano that could mean a big night ahead.
Gargano has not competed in a WWE ring since May 15th when he was part of a battle royal on Monday Night Raw. That was Gargano’s first and only televised bout since WrestleMania but bigger things could be heading his way.
Taking to social media, Johnny Gargano has seemingly indicated that he could have something up his sleeve when Raw returns to his hometown:
“You know what they say.. there’s no place like home..”

While what Johnny Gargano has in mind remains a mystery, there are two obvious things that spring to mind. Gargano was recently reunited with most of The Way on Raw following the WWE Draft and he previously teased that the group could be joined by his sometimes tag team partner/sometimes loathed blood rival Tommaso Ciampa in the near future.
However, Raw in Cleveland will also see Seth Rollins put his WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line in an open challenge. A hometown crowd could get right behind Johnny Wrestling should he be the one to answer the call. Should Rollins hang on to his title, he now knows who he’ll be putting it on the line against at Money In The Bank.
