WWE Star Suspended For Recent Outburst
A WWE Superstar has been handed a supposed one-week suspension by the company after an outburst following a major loss.
At NXT Vengeance Day, Bron Breakker put his NXT Championship on the line against Grayson Waller in the main event. In the end, Breakker’s dominant title reign continued as he put Waller away in the twelfth defence of his second reign with the title in a Steel Cage match.
Afterwards, during the post-show press conference, an incensed Waller interrupted NXT head honcho Shawn Michaels who was on the call. Waller demanded to know what he needed to do to be Michaels’ guy before NXT Head Coach Matt Bloom escorted him away from the WWE Hall of Famer.
WWE has now announced on social media that due to his actions, Grayson Waller has now been suspended by the company for one week – although it looks very much to be a storyline suspension.
Michaels told somebody nearby to try to get Waller to leave, but Waller was insistent and wanted Michaels to hear what he had to say. Waller said this to Michaels:
“Why am I not the guy, yeah? Want me to put hearts on my gear? The rest of these fans, you’ve got all these fans, a bunch of fans in the locker room.”
Michaels told the person beside him to “get Matt” in reference to WWE PC Head Coach Matt Bloom aka former A-Train in WWE. Waller continued.
“Talk to me now. You want to go take a photo, I can do your pose, you can pretend to be Diesel. You want me to be a fan of you. Is that how I get to be your guy?”
While Grayson Waller looked like he had more to say, that’s when Matt Bloom walked into the room and ushered Waller out of there with Waller calling him “A-Train” and Waller told Shawn to talk to him.

At NXT Vengeance Day, Roxanne Perez overcame the dual threat of Toxic Attraction’s Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne to escape with her NXT Women’s Championship. It was all change in the tag team division as Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro lost their NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship to Fallon Henley and Kiana James, while The New Day was dethroned for the NXT Tag Team Title by Gallus.
