WWE Star Refused To Enter Mix For Brand New Title

Triple H reveals new WWE Title

One WWE star has decided a ladder match is insanity and refuses to risk ending up involved in it despite the chance of a brand new title.

During NXT Stand & Deliver, General Manager Ava announced the introduction of the Women’s North American Championship. Following the announcement Booker T said on commentary that he’d been waiting for a new title to be announced for “quite some time.”

On the second night of NXT Spring Breakin’, it was revealed just when and how that championship will be won. Ava revealed the title will be decided for the very first time at Battleground on June 9th. Not only that, the bout to decide the champion will be a six-woman ladder match.

On the May 7th episode of NXT television, a combine was held to narrow down the field of competitors with the top 12 now going on to face off in six singles matches to decide the qualifiers for the title match. The 12 women that move on to those qualifiers are Sol Ruca, Thea Hail, Jaida Parker, Brinley Reece, Michin, Fallon Henley, Lash Legend, Ivy Nile, Izzi Dame, Kelani Jordan, Tatum Paxley, and Wren Sinclair.

WWE 2nd Generation Star Not Interested In Ladder Match

Noticeable by her absence from the combine was Arianna Grace. Taking to social media, Grace revealed why she did not get involved despite the chance of capturing an all-new championship but she’s more interested in giving peace a chance:

And NO, I did not do the combine because a LADDER MATCH is insanity!!! We could decide who is CROWNED the champion in another way! A peaceful way! UGH!!!!!

The self-styled “Miss NXT” is the daughter of former WWE Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella, so it’s little wonder that her comedy antics in NXT are catching on.
