This top WWE star is hunting for the WWE Women’s Championship next.

Chelsea Green had two major WWE Women’s United States Championship runs, a period during which she is said to have brought relevance to the title by showcasing great in-ring work and playing her charismatic, entertaining, and arrogant heel character.

The WWE star won the inaugural Women’s United States title at Saturday Night’s Main Event, defeating Michin in a tournament to crown the new Champion.

Her first title run ended after losing the title to Zelina Vega on SmackDown in April 2025. She won the title back in November 2025 by defeating Giulia and had an entertaining second title run.

However, this run would come to a screeching halt a little under two months later on the January 2nd episode of SmackDown, where she dropped the title back to Giulia after a gruelling match.

Speaking to TMZ inside the ring, Green praised Giulia for defeating her for the Women’s US title in what she thought was a Japanese strong style type match.

Full disclosure, I’m lucky to have hair left after that match. I was limping on both legs,” Green admitted. “It was definitely like a Japanese strong style match. And I’ve been to Japan, that was the hardest Japanese strong style match I’ve ever had.

I have to give it to Giulia, because she beat my ass.

When asked what she had in store for the WWE Universe next, she said she would like to challenge WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill and be part of the world title scene.

I would love to, you know, take the title off of Jade, I feel like in 2026… either I’m busier and we go for the world title or something like that, or we just, like, take a step back and enjoy this year.
